Indian notary services

For Indian nationals residing in Singapore, it may be necessary to have certain documents notarized by the Indian Embassy. Notarization is a process that validates the authenticity of a document and ensures its compliance with legal standards. Obtaining notarization for your documents is crucial when dealing with various legal matters, including visa applications, power of attorney, marriage certificates, and other legal concerns.

To ensure the enforceability of your documents in India, I provide Indian embassy related notary services. I am here to assist you throughout the notarization process, ensuring that your paperwork is accurately notarized and meets all relevant legal requirements. I understand the importance of having Indian notary services for your documents, and I strive to deliver prompt and effective services to meet your needs.

If you require a notary for Indian documents such as marriage certificates, affidavits, or any other legal document, feel free to reach out to me. I am always available to address your inquiries and provide you with the necessary guidance.

Power of attorney is one of my acknowledged services. If you are planning to get power of attorney, you can book an appointment today.

Power of Attorney consists of:

(i) General Power of Attorney

(ii) Special Power of Attorney

Get the Power of Attorney drafted preferably by an Indian lawyer.

Bring it to me and signing front of me. I will then prepare the notary certificate after attestation and get it authenticated with the Singapore academy of law.

After the authentication, you may send it back to India or get it further approved by the High Commission of India. All subject to Indian authority requirement.

Registration Of Companies In India

I have had clients that have approached me to attest, notarize and apostille documents for the setting up/ registration of a new company in India. I provided the service and they had successfully submitted their registration without the need to visit the Indian Embassy. The entire process for this, including the apostille and authentication by the Singapore Academy of Law usually takes no more than 45 minutes at no added fee for the quick turnaround.

Filing Or Defending Court Proceedings In India

Clients that need to have their ‘Vakalat’ or affidavit or summons application attested to, may also fix an appointment with me to attest to it as a Notary. The process for this is no more than about 20 minutes.

Attestation Of Required Documents For Bank Loan In India

You will need to show me the originals of their documents such as payslips, bank statements, letter of employment, identification documents and other documents as requested by the bank. I will then certify them as true on copies that you bring. Typically, it takes about 30 minutes to complete the entire process.
